That is why we do not simply publish a property on the portals. Before starting a sale we analyse its value, its positioning and the real market conditions, in order to build a strategy with concrete chances of success.
We do not promise the highest price in order to win a mandate. We prefer a transparent valuation, grounded in data and in our experience of the Berlin market.
Our goal is not to have more properties online. It is to sell well the ones we choose to represent.
